1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Orinelasticastic platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals who interact with the Service in any capacity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at help@Orinelasticastic.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Restrictions

You may not create more than one account per person, share your account credentials with others, or use another person's account without their explicit permission.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from the Service
Distributing, reproducing, or reselling any content or materials from the Service without written authorization
Uploading or transmitting harmful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content
Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access, extract, or interact with the Service
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure
Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
Attempting to circumvent any security measure, content restriction, or access control implemented on the Service

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content, materials, features, and functionality available through the Service — including but not limited to quizzes, exercises, text, graphics, logos, interface design, and software — are the exclusive property of Orinelasticastic or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned or licensed by Orinelasticastic. You may not use our trademarks, trade names, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

5.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit, post, or transmit any content through the Service, you grant Orinelasticastic a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to grant this license.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Paid Plans

Some features of the Service are available only through paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

6.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize Orinelasticastic to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. All prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

6.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to issue or deny refunds at our sole discretion in accordance with that policy.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have already paid.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for your convenience only. Orinelasticastic does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Orinelasticastic expressly disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content available through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orinelasticastic and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Orinelasticastic's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Orinelasticastic in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or fifty US dollars (USD 50).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orinelasticastic and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

Orinelasticastic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply after termination.

12. Modifications to the Service

Orinelasticastic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
